Our restaurant, Academe will be operating under a modified schedule and serving a limited menu from 10/28 – 11/4/2013 while our chefs, Brian & Shanna O’Hea serve as guest chefs at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival at Walt Disney World.
On Saturday, November 3rd, 2012 & Sunday November 4th, 2012, we will be making our third appearance at Disney’s Epcot Food & Wine Festival. We will be participating as guest chefs at the Party for the Senses on Saturday evening and will be giving a cooking demonstration on Sunday at 5:00 PM.
