Chestnut Bisque with Chef Shanna O’Hea on Good Day Maine

Shanna O’Hea, one of the chef/owners of The Kennebunk Inn and its restaurant Academe, appeared on WGME CBS-TV Channel 13 in Portland, Maine this week, preparing one of Kennebunk’s favorite winter classics: Chestnut Bisque. In this segment, hosted by Jana Barnello, chef Shanna demonstrated her technique for preparing this most quintessential of holiday soups.
