When we traveled to Wisconsin to attend our niece’s graduation, we were blown away by the Wisconsin-style Bloody Mary! We loved the concept of getting a small meal with your cocktail. We decided to do a riff on this type of drink as part of our Maine Lobster Week Three Course, Prix Fixe Menu. We always enjoy kicking off a meal with a cocktail, and deluxing the experience makes for a perfect starter course.
The half Lobster Roll total makes total sense as a beautiful pairing — and Brian’s Garlic Parmesan Tater Tots, which have been on the menu for 10 years, brought everything to the next level. Plus we all love a good cheers – Cheers to Maine Lobster Week 2021!
- 4 ounces Titos Vodka
- 8 ounces V-8
- 1 teaspoon Celery Salt
- ½ teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Horseradish
- 1 tablespoon A-1 Steak Sauce
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 5 dash Tabasco
- Add all ingredients over ice and shake until chilled
- Serve in pilsner glass with ice from shaker

Lime & lemon wedge
