When we traveled to Wisconsin to attend our niece’s graduation, we were blown away by the Wisconsin-style Bloody Mary! We loved the concept of getting a small meal with your cocktail. We decided to do a riff on this type of drink as part of our Maine Lobster Week Three Course, Prix Fixe Menu. We always enjoy kicking off a meal with a cocktail, and deluxing the experience makes for a perfect starter course.

The half Lobster Roll total sense as a beautiful pairing and Brian’s Garlic Parmesan Tater Tots, which have been on the menu for 10 years, brought everything to the next level. Plus we all love a good cheers – Cheers to Maine Lobster Week 2021!

Our Signature Cocktail Recipe to help celebrate Maine Lobster Week - an over the top celebration of lobster.

  • 4 ounces Titos Vodka
  • 8 ounces V-8
  • 1 teaspoon Celery Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon A-1 Steak Sauce
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 5 dash Tabasco
  1. Add all ingredients over ice and shake until chilled
  2. Serve in pilsner glass with ice from shaker
This is a very tasty Bloody Mary on its own. The garnishes make it Epic. Our garnishes are listed below, but you can improvise to make your own legendary version.
