For the 2015 Christmas season, Academe’s owner and pastry chef extraordinaire, Shanna Horner O’Hea is offering her famous Yule Logs. Chef Shanna learned to make these wonderful Christmastime cakes under the tutelage of the great Michel Boulard, well-known New York City private chef and former chef to the King of Belgium.
