Historic charm, fabulous food, friendly service and affordable prices combine to make The Kennebunk Inn an appealing value in one of Maine’s most popular destinations – Kennebunk/Kennebunkport.
Included in the room rate is morning tea and coffee service featuring Harney & Sons tea and The Kennebunk Inn blend coffee. Overnight guests receive a $5 coupon per room, applicable to any food item in Academe … Maine Brasserie and Tavern, The Kennebunk Inn’s acclaimed restaurant. Academe is open from 11:30 am to 9pm, Tuesday – Saturday. Inn guests also receive a 10% discount to Perfecto’s Caffee (located next door to the Inn) featuring pastries, egg sandwiches and New York style bagels. Additionally, guests receive 10% discount for breakfast at The Café Lafayette, just one block from The Inn, and at Mich D’s Family Restaurant in Wells.
All rooms feature Direct-TV, AC and a private bath. Adams Room offers one queen size bed; Jefferson Room offers one king size bed. Three pet rooms are available on the first floor of The Inn; a one time fee of $20 per pet applies.
Family Suites include two bedrooms (queen bed plus two twin beds), two Direct-TVs, AC and private bath. Suite with limited kitchen (refrigerator, sink, microwave) – $10 per night additional. For suite accommodations of five to six, please call The Inn for availability and pricing.

A $5 per room per night staff service and benefits fee is charged at check-out.
AAA and AARP members receive a 10% discount on published room rates except in peak season (July-August) when a 5% discount applies. In recognition of their service to society, active or retired clergy, educators, emergency medical personnel, firefighters, military and police receive the same discount as AAA and AARP members. Proof of discount eligibility is required at check-in.
