The Kennebunk Inn Presents: A Spirit Dinner with Vicki Monroe –  Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 6:30 PM. The event includes a three course dinner, gratuity, and ticket to the event.

Special Event Menu:

First Course – Choice of:

Kennebunk Inn Salad

Field greens with dried cranberries, roasted pistachios, goat cheese and cider vinaigrette

Parsnip Bisque

With apple cider butterscotch swirl


Second course – Choice of:

Chicken and Dumplings

Roasted chicken breast with carrots, celery, onions
and peppers in chicken veloute with ricotta dumplings

Our Famous Lobster Pot Pie

Poached lobster including tail, knuckle and claw meat, peas,
corn, potatoes and Shanna’s hand rolled puff pastry

Rolled Flank Steak

Balsamic marinated steak stuffed with tomatoes, spinach and mozzarella cheese
with a chimichurri sauce, over roasted potatoes and fall squash


Dessert – “Sweets for Your Soul”

White chocolate pumpkin cheesecake

They have also appeared in Oprah Winfrey's "O" The Magazine. The O'Heas have been guest chefs at Walt Disney World's Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, Houston's "Sugar Land Food & Wine Affair, Boca Raton's "Boca Bacchanal" Food & Wine Festival, and on Holland America Cruise Line.
