Soy ginger dressing with seaweed salad, Thai-basil and toasted sesame seeds garnished with crispy lo’mein noodles
Second Course: Corn Bisque
Silky corn bisque garnished with fried lobster corn croquette and chive oil
Third Course: Short Rib Wellington
Slow braised short rib wrapped in our signature puff pastry, with mushroom gravy, baby carrots and smoked parsnips
Dessert Course: Gateau Chocolate Mousseline Cake
Warm chocolate cake with mixed fruit compote and crème fraîche
