Brian O’Hea, Chef-Owner of The Kennebunk Inn and its restaurant, Academe, and Marianne LaCroix, Executive Director of the Maine Lobster Marketing Collaborative, joined Katie Simpson on Good Day Maine to talk about Maine’s first ever Maine Lobster Week.

The goal of the inaugural Maine Lobster Week is to help the raise awareness of Maine’s lobster industry. Dozens of Maine restaurants are taking part with special menu items and special lobster menus.  Chef O’Hea prepared an Epic Lobster Bloody Mary, which is the first course of Academe’s three-course, fixed price Maine Lobster Week menu.
