Chefs Brian & Shanna O’Hea at Disney World’s Epcot Food & Wine Festival

Epcot International Food & Wine Festival Logo 2019Shanna & Brian O’Hea, the chef/owners of Academe & The Kennebunk Inn will be returning to Walt Disney World’s Epcot International Food & Wine Festival this October. The O’Heas have been guest chefs at Disney’s premier culinary event since 2010.

Culinary Demonstration

On Monday, October 7th, the Brian & Shanna will be giving a culinary demonstration during the the Food & Beverage Pairing Series. Their seafood demo will feature Asian Shrimp Toast and wine from Napa’s Treasury Wine Estates.

Party for the Senses – The Premier Epcot Food & Wine Event

The O’Heas will be entertaining a very fortunate group of guests at The Party for the Senses, Disney World’s most sophisticated event of the year. Chef Brian & Chef Shanna will be preparing Lobster & Dumplings with Watercress Pistou. The Party for the Senses is offered on five select Saturday evenings and features acclaimed chefs, personalities and entertainers. The Chefs/Owners of The Kennebunk Inn and its restaurant, Academe Maine Brasserie & Tavern met when they were students at The Culinary Institute of America.
