Chefs Shanna & Brian O’Hea, the Chef/Owners of Academe and The Kennebunk Inn, will be teaching a culinary class at Stonewall Kitchens in York, Maine on Friday, August 30th, 2019. The class will be held from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM. The class menu will consist of:
- French Onion Bisque – classic French onion soup puréed smooth, finished with sherry and cream and served with a petite Gruyere cheese sandwich
- Pork Schnitzel – a pork cutlet pounded out thin, breaded and pan-fried and served with poppy seed spaetzle, baby carrots and Dijon mustard dill cream sauce
- Baked Apple in a Shortbread Crust with Caramel Apricot Sauce and Vanilla Ice Cream
The cost of the class is $50.00 and you can register here at the Stonewall Kitchens website. As an added bonus, attendees will receive a 10% discount off all products at the Stonewall Kitchens Cooking School on the day of the class.
