The chef/owners of Academe and The Kennebunk Inn will return once again to the Epcot Food & Wine Festival at Walt Disney World. The festival is one of the most prestigious culinary events in the country and runs from August 30th through November 12th, 2018. The O’Heas will be giving a culinary demonstration in the Festival Center at 12:30 PM on Friday, September 21st. They’ll show participants how to create Kung Pao Brisket on a Sesame scallion biscuit w/ spicy miso mayonnaise, with Asian micro greens & pickled jicama.
On Saturday, September 22nd, the O’Heas will be cooking at The Party for the Senses, the Epcot Food & Wine Festival’s premier event.
