Tech and Burgers’ Courtney Hecktus sat down for an interview with Shanna O’Hea, chef/owner of The Kennebunk Inn and it’s signature restaurant Academe.  Shanna, who along with her husband, and fellow chef/owner of the Inn and downtown Kennebunk restaurant, discusses her career path, her appearance on the Food Network’s “Beat Bobby Flay,” as well her appearances on “Chopped” and “Rewrapped.”
