Field greens with dried cranberries, roasted pistachios, goat cheese and cider vinaigrette

Ginger Butternut Squash Soup
Roasted butternut squash, pureed smooth and garnished with sage cream

Baked crusted jumbo shrimp with roasted garlic, lemon, parley and rosemary butter sauce served with chilled broccoli rabe and cherry tomatoes

Chicken meatballs over Parmesan cheese tri-colored orzo, tomato sauce, roasted red peppers and artichokes

Chicken Fried Steak
Buttermilk marinated steak pounded thin and breaded served with spicy sausage gravy over mashed potatoes and green beans
