Paint The Town Red Celebration February 207Celebrate the Kennebunks with a Date Skate followed by a romantic dinner at Academe at The Kennebunk Inn.

Date Skate

4:00 PM – 6:00 PM at the Waterhouse Center, Kennebunk (located directly next to the Inn.)  Come ice skate with your sweetheart to the love songs of a live DJ. Free and open to the public.

Special Paint The Tow Red Cocktail – French Twist

The Kennebunk Inn will offer a special cocktail for Date Skate Nigh made with Vodka, Chambord, Pineapple Juice and finished with prosecco.

Romantic Dinner Specials

Enjoy a romantic prix fixe dinner for $49 per person.

First Course: Beef Tartare w/ Arugula, Truffle oil & Shaved Parmigiana
Second Course: Salmon Stew w/ tomato cream, peas, carrots, sweet potato and parsnips over herbed basmati rice
Dessert Course: Angel Food Cake w/ Strawberry Compote and Fresh Whip Cream

About The Kennebunk Inn

The Chefs/Owners of The Kennebunk Inn and its restaurant, Academe Maine Brasserie & Tavern met when they were students at The Culinary Institute of America. They have appeared on "Best Thing I Ever Ate," "Chopped," "Rewrapped," and "Beat Bobby Flay" on the Food Network and on the Travel Channel's "Food Paradise." They have also appeared in Oprah Winfrey's "O" The Magazine. The O'Heas have been guest chefs at Walt Disney World's Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, Houston's "Sugar Land Food & Wine Affair, Boca Raton's "Boca Bacchanal" Food & Wine Festival, and on Holland America Cruise Line.
