Chefs Brian & Shanna O’Hea will be appearing at the Ocean Reef Club’s Food & Wine Festival in Key Largo, Florida. The event takes place from April 21 – 23, 2017. Shanna & Brian are participating in the Food & Wine Experience on Friday evening, where they will be preparing Lobster Corn Croquettes.
On Saturday, the O’Heas will be showcasing their Lobster Lo Maine in the demonstration kitchen. During Saturday night’s Grand Dinner, Brian & Shanna will feature Corn Bisque w/ Butter poached Lobster and Caramel Corn.
