The pizza has a magical combination of flavors: creamy Havarti and mozzarella cheeses, spinach, roasted tomatoes, truffle oil, and of course, fresh – never frozen – Maine lobster. We use knuckle, tail, and claw meat to give you what many of our customers tell us is the best lobster pizza they’ve ever tasted.
