Brian O’Hea, chef & owner of Academe Restaurant at The Kennebunk Inn appeared on the program “207” on Portland, Maine’s Channel 6, WCSH-TV to prepare Academe’s signature dish, Maine Lobster Pot Pie. In this segment, hosted by anchor Kathleen Shannon, Chef O’Hea shows you how to prepare the lobster stock, the lobster pot pie filling and the lobster pot pie’s puff pastry lid.
This tasty favorite is made using fresh lobster meat, including tail, knuckle and claw meat. Academe’s Maine Lobster Pot Pie was featured on the Food Network’s “Best Thing I Ever Ate,” the Travel Channel’s “Food Paradise” and February 2013 issue of Oprah Winfrey’s “O” magazine.
