Kennebunkport Food, Wine, and Art Festival Special Events

The 2014 Kennebunkport Food, Wine & Art Festival will be held from June 1st through June 8th, 2014, with events held throughout Kennebunk and Kennebunkport, Maine. Brian and Shanna O’Hea, chefs & owners of Academe Maine Brasserie & Tavern at The Kennebunk Inn, will be participating in the annual Grand Tasting event and will be offering a special three course menu to mark festival week.

Kennebunkport Festival Grand Tasting & Tapas Party

Chefs Shanna & Brian O’Hea will return once again to the Kennebunkport Food & Wine Festival’s premier event, the Grand Tasting. The Grand Tasting and Tapas Party is held on the Kennebunk River in Kennebunk’s Lower Village.  Buy event tickets.

About The Kennebunk Inn

The Chefs/Owners of The Kennebunk Inn and its restaurant, Academe Maine Brasserie & Tavern met when they were students at The Culinary Institute of America. They have appeared on "Best Thing I Ever Ate," "Chopped," "Rewrapped," and "Beat Bobby Flay" on the Food Network and on the Travel Channel's "Food Paradise." They have also appeared in Oprah Winfrey's "O" The Magazine. The O'Heas have been guest chefs at Walt Disney World's Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, Houston's "Sugar Land Food & Wine Affair, Boca Raton's "Boca Bacchanal" Food & Wine Festival, and on Holland America Cruise Line.
