Join us for our 11th Anniversary Celebration – Saturday, January 25, 2014

This weekend marks our 11th anniversary of owning The Kennebunk Inn and its signature restaurant, Academe. It our sincerest wish that all of our friends and neighbors can join us as we raise a glass to toast our time in the Kennebunks. In addition to the complimentary toast, we will be awarding several prizes to some of our lucky guests. You can win a gift card for our restaurant, tavern, or inn and a lucky prize winner will receive a special gift package: our “Oprah’s & Gayle’s Favorites Package.” The winner will enjoy some of our famous lobster pot pies as well as a local Southern Maine favorite, lobster white pizza.

The Chefs/Owners of The Kennebunk Inn and its restaurant, Academe Maine Brasserie & Tavern met when they were students at The Culinary Institute of America. They have appeared on "Best Thing I Ever Ate," "Chopped," "Rewrapped," and "Beat Bobby Flay" on the Food Network and on the Travel Channel's "Food Paradise." They have also appeared in Oprah Winfrey's "O" The Magazine. The O'Heas have been guest chefs at Walt Disney World's Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, Houston's "Sugar Land Food & Wine Affair, Boca Raton's "Boca Bacchanal" Food & Wine Festival, and on Holland America Cruise Line.
