Maine Restaurant Week will be held March 1-10, 2013Join Academe: A Maine Brasserie & Tavern at The Kennebunk Inn as we celebrate the fourth annual Maine Restaurant Week. Maine Restaurant Week runs from March 1st through March 10th, 2013.  More than 75 restaurants from around the state are participating in 2013.  Academe is pleased to be one of three participants from Kennebunk and Kennebunkport.

We’ve created special, fixed price, three course lunch and dinner menus for Maine Restaurant Week. The three course lunch menu is available for $15.00 and the three course dinner menu is available for $32.00.

Maine Restaurant Week Signature Event

On Sunday, March 10, 2013 we will be participating in the restaurant week “Signature Event” – a competition featuring more than 20 Master Bartenders and Pastry Chefs.  Chef Brian and Head Bartender Adrian will represent Kennebunk & Kennebunkport in the Mixology Competition, while Chef Shanna and Chande will compete in the Pastry & Dessert competition.  Guests can sample and vote on the competitors’ cocktails and desserts.  We won the 2011 Best Cocktail competition with Adrian Trudeau’s “Sage Against The Machine” which you can order here at the Inn.

About The Kennebunk Inn

The Chefs/Owners of The Kennebunk Inn and its restaurant, Academe Maine Brasserie & Tavern met when they were students at The Culinary Institute of America.
