Jamaican Jerk Duck Breast: Holland America Cruise Celebrity Guest Chefs 2013

Holland America Cruise Line Culinary Arts Center, presented by Food & Wine MagazineGiving cooking demonstrations on a luxury cruise ship is one of the really great perks of our jobs.  We were fortunate enough to be asked back as guest chefs for a second voyage on Holland America’s ms Maasdam early this year.  We met a lot of wonderful people during our demonstrations and cooking classes in the Holland America Culinary Arts Center sponsored by Food & Wine Magazine.

The crew of the Maasdam provided us with video of our cooking demos, including this one, where we showed how to prepare “Jamaican Jerk Duck Breast.”  This video was filmed in the cruise ship’s demonstration kitchen and runs approximately 38 minutes.

The video footage is courtesy of Holland America Cruise Line and is used with permission. For more information on the Holland America Cruise Line and its wonderful ships, great food, and excellent service, please visit their website at: www.hollandamerica.com
