Guest Chefs Shanna & Brian O’Hea on Holland America’s ms Maasdam

Guest Chefs in the Holland America Culinary Arts Center sponsored by Food & Wine MagazineChefs Brian & Shanna O’Hea, owners of The Kennebunk Inn and its restaurant, Academe recently returned from their second stint as guest chefs on the Holland America Cruise Line. While aboard the cruise ship ms Maasdam, the O’Heas gave large group culinary demonstrations and conducted hands-on cooking lessons for a select group of cruise passengers.

In this video, Shanna and Brian prepare Chicken Croquettes and Tomato Fondue. The video was filmed in the demonstration kitchen in the ships Culinary Arts Center which is sponsored by Food & Wine Magazine.
