Chefs Shanna & Brian O’Hea to be Guest Chefs on Holland America’s ms Veendam
Shanna and Brian O’Hea, the chefs and owners of Academe and The Kennebunk Inn will be sailing as guest chefs aboard Holland America’s ms Veendam as the cruise ship sails from Quebec City to Boston. The 7 day cruise – September 12 – 19, 2015 – will make port stops in Quebec City, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Sydney & Halifax, Nova Scotia, and Bar Harbor, Maine before ending in Boston, Massachusetts.
The O’Heas will be giving live cooking demonstrations in the Veendam’s Culinary Arts Center – presented by Food & Wine Magazine. They will also be teaching a hands-on cooking class for a select number of lucky guests. This will be Brian & Shanna’s third stint as guest chefs on Holland America’s elegant cruise ships. They sailed as guest chefs in 2012 on the Maasdam, and in 2013 – also on the Maasdam.

Shanna & Brian will be returning to Holland America as guest chefs on a Panama Canal transit cruise and an Alaska cruise in 2016.
