The busy days of summer 2007 are now being followed by the almost equally busy days of the fall foliage season at The Kennebunk Inn. Week-ends are filling up fast and reservations are encouraged.

Chef ~ Owner, Shanna O’Hea has been selected for the third consecutive year to cook for the National Conference of the Women Chefs and Restaurateurs. This annual, three-day gathering in early November attracts many of the leading women culinary professionals from around the world. Shanna will not need to travel as far for this year’s conference. Following last year’s event in Atlanta and the previous year in Seattle, the 2007 conference will be held in Newport, RI.

The Inn’s restaurant will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, but families are invited to pick up their entire dinner or selected items (turkey, stuffing, gravy, vegetables, pies etc.) Thanksgiving morning at The Inn. Advanced reservations are required. As in the past, The Inn is open for overnight guests throughout the Thanksgiving week-end; Academe will be open again for regular hours starting on Friday after Thanksgiving.
