Shanna and Brian O’Hea, the chefs and owners of The Kennebunk Inn and Academe Maine Brasserie & Tavern will be guest chefs at the 2013 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival held at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. While they are attending the festival, our restaurant, Academe will be operating on a modified schedule and serving a limited dinner menu. The revised hours for this week only are:

The O’Heas will be giving a culinary demonstration in the Epcot Festival Center located in Future World on Friday, November 1st at 1:00 PM. They will be demoing their famous Maine Lobster Pot Pie. (Note: This demonstration is sold out. Sorry.) They will also be guest chefs at the “Party for the Senses,” the premier event of the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. This is the O’Heas fourth appearance at the festival and the “Party for the Senses.”
