Chefs Shanna & Brian O’Hea will be teaching a cooking class at Stonewall Kitchen’s state of the art culinary instructional facility in York, Maine on Thursday, January 12th, 2016. This hands-on cooking class will teach participants how prepare a delightful, Maine Brasserie style. Courses include:
Rosemary P.E.I. Mussels
Ricotta Cavatelli with Chicken Meatballs, Roasted Peppers, Tomatoes and Snow Peas in Chicken Brodo
Garrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting, Candied Citrus and a Walnut Crumble
