Chef Shanna O’Hea Participates in North Park University’s 125th Anniversary Celebration

North Park University - 125th AnniversaryFounded in Chicago in 1891. North Park University celebrated its quasquicentennial last month. The 3,200 student university observed the 125th anniversary of its founding on the weekend of September 23rd, 2016 with a history and heritage exhibit, classroom sessions and alumni panels featuring accomplished alumni.

Kennebunk Inn & Academe chef/owner Shanna Horner, O’Hea participated in one of the alumni panels for the event.

The Chefs/Owners of The Kennebunk Inn and its restaurant, Academe Maine Brasserie & Tavern met when they were students at The Culinary Institute of America. They have appeared on "Best Thing I Ever Ate," "Chopped," "Rewrapped," and "Beat Bobby Flay" on the Food Network and on the Travel Channel's "Food Paradise."
