The chefs/owners of Academe and The Kennebunk Inn, Shanna & Brian O’Hea, return once again to Epcot’s Food & Wine Festival at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Epcot’s annual Food & Wine Festival is one of the most heralded culinary events in the world. The 2016 festival spans 62 days in the fall and features celebrated guest chefs from all over the planet, as well as a host of acclaimed culinary innovators from the Walt Disney World Resort’s highly praised restaurants.
Food & Wine Festival Culinary Demonstration
The O’Heas will be hosting a culinary demonstration in Epcot’s Food & Wine Festival Center on Friday, October 28, 2016 at noon. They’ll be preparing Jamaican Jerk Scallops with Coconut Polenta, Banana Guacamole & Tamarind – with a Lime Chili Banana Chip. Party for the Senses – Yelloween Masquerade
Brian & Shanna will also be guest chefs at the special event, Yelloween Masquerade on Friday, October 28, 2016 from 6:45 PM – 9:90 PM in the World Showplace Events Pavilion. Celebrate Halloween at this elegant masquerade soiree!
