Boca Bacchanal Guest Chefs at Dinner hosted by Ralph Lauren & Saks Fifth Avenue

Shanna & Brian O’Hea were guest chefs at the 2014 Boca Bacchanal, a benefit event for the Boca Raton Historical Society in Boca Raton, Florida.  The O’Heas prepared a five course tasting menu for the wine dinner sponsored by Ralph Lauren and hosted by Saks Firth Avenue. Their menu was paired with wines by Hollywood & Vine Cellars, Napa, California.

Proceeds from Boca Bacchanal 2014 enable the Boca Raton Historical Society & Museum to provide innovative, diverse and rapidly growing heritage education and historic preservation programs for Boca Raton area residents and visitors. The programs are recognized as an essential building block for understanding the unfolding history of Boca Raton. In 2012, more than 75,000 children and adults experienced the Society’s on-site and outreach programs, such as history tours, exhibits, lectures, school programs, special events and archival research.

The O’Heas also participated as guest chefs in the 2014 Bacchus Bash – abm event with food & wine tastings and auctions to benefit the Boca Raton Historical Society.

About The Kennebunk Inn

The Chefs/Owners of The Kennebunk Inn and its restaurant, Academe Maine Brasserie & Tavern met when they were students at The Culinary Institute of America. They have appeared on "Best Thing I Ever Ate," "Chopped," "Rewrapped," and "Beat Bobby Flay" on the Food Network and on the Travel Channel's "Food Paradise." They have also appeared in Oprah Winfrey's "O" The Magazine.
