Annual Kennebunkport Festival – 2013 Kennebunk Restaurants at The Grand Tasting

2013 Kennebunkport Restaurant Festival Grand Tasting ChefsIf you’re looking for a great way to kick off your summer season, we highly recommend that you mark your calendar for the Kennebunkport Festival.  When our friends, relatives and out-of-town guests ask us about the best way to experience all that the Kennebunks have to offer, the Kennebunkport Festival is one of our first answers. If they ask us which event we’d recommend if they could only go to one, the “Grand Tasting” is the first choice off our lips. The Grand Tasting will be held from noon until 4 PM on Saturday, June 8, 2013.

The Kennebunkport Festival, formerly known as both “The Kennebunkport Fine Living Festival” and “The Kennebunkport Food & Wine Festival” has been the Kennebunks’ way of kicking off the summer season in style. The event was originally conceived as “Kennebunkport Arts in the Inns” in 2005. It started as an intimate affair hosted by a few of Kennebunk’s and Kennebunkport’s finest inns.  The inns offered a sampling of their hospitality and hosted renowned artists who showcased their works.  Arts in the Inns was was capped off with dinner parties featuring renowned local and regional chefs.

Tickets for the Kennebunkport Festival’s “Grand Tasting” are available here. (Editor’s note: When we posted this piece, the “Buy Tickets” links were not all working. You may have to select the link in the navigation menu at the top of the page.
