Best Thing I Ever Ate Maine Lobster Pot PieNominated by former Iron Chef and restauranteur Cat Cora, Academe’s lobster pot pie was featured on the Food Network’s “Best Thing I Ever Ate.”  The episode “Reinvented Classics” aired during season 4 episode 14. Our lobster pot pie features the star Maine ingredient, fresh lobster in a delightfully creamy stock topped off with light and flaky homemade puff pastry.

Chef Shanna O'Hea of Academe on "Chopped"The Food Network’s “Chopped” is a three round culinary competition show that focuses on skill, speed and ingenuity.  Four chefs compete before a panel of three expert judges and take everyday items and turn them into an extraordinary three-course meal. After each course, one of the chefs will be “chopped” from the competition until only one winner remains.
