Guest Chefs 2017 Epcot Food & Wine Festival

The chefs/owners of Academe and The Kennebunk Inn, Brian & Shanna O’Hea, will be returning Walt Disney World’s Epcot Food & Wine Festival in November 2017. Epcot’s annual Food & Wine Festival is one of the premier culinary festivals in America. The 2017 celebration runs from August 31st to November 13thm 2017.  The festival features celebrated guest chefs from all over the continent, as well as a host of acclaimed culinary innovators from the Walt Disney World Resort’s highly regarded restaurants.

Food & Wine Festival Culinary Demonstration

The O’Heas will be hosting a culinary demonstration in Epcot’s Food & Wine Festival Center on Saturday, November 11th, 2017 at 2:30 PM. They’ll be preparing their famous Maine Lobster Pot Pie. Party for the Senses

Brian & Shanna will also be guest chefs at the special event, Party for the Senses on Saturday, November 11, 2017 in the World Showplace Events Pavilion.   Surrounded by unique entertainment, décor and more, Guests can feast on themed menu items perfectly paired with champagne, wine, craft beer and specialty cocktails. The Chefs/Owners of The Kennebunk Inn and its restaurant, Academe Maine Brasserie & Tavern met when they were students at The Culinary Institute of America. They have appeared on “Best Thing I Ever Ate,” “Chopped,” “Rewrapped,” and “Beat Bobby Flay” on the Food Network and on the Travel Channel’s “Food Paradise.” They have also appeared in Oprah Winfrey’s “O” The Magazine.
