Brian & Shanna O’Hea, the chefs/owners of The Kennebunk Inn and its restaurant Academe will return to Boca Raton, Florida for their second appearance at the annual Boca Bacchanal. The Boca Bacchanal is one of South Florida’s premier Food & Wine events and being held on Friday, March 27th & Saturday, March 28th in sunny Boca Raton.
The two day celebration of Food & Wine begins on Friday evening with the spectacular “Bacchanalia,” which will be held at the Boca Raton Atlantic Aviation Airport. The two famous Kennebunk chefs will be presenting some of their delectable hors d’oueves, along with more than 30 other locally and nationally known culinary icons. Guests will have the opportunity to taste over 140 wines, tour private jets, and view a collection of exquisite automobiles. Saks Fifth Avenue will present a fashion show as part of the live entertainment.
The food, wine, and festivities continue on Saturday, March 28th, 2015, when the O’Heas create a fantastic meal for one of six Elite Vintner Dinners. The elite Vintner Dinners will be held at six exclusive venues in Boca Raton. Each dinner will feature a presenting vintner and presenting chefs working together to create an unforgettable five – course dinner that delights the palate of each guest with their perfectly planned food and wine pairings. In late February, an announcement will be made regarding the which chefs, wineries, and venues have been paired together.
