On Saturday, November 3rd, 2012 & Sunday November 4th, 2012, we will be making our third appearance at Disney’s Epcot Food & Wine Festival. We will be participating as guest chefs at the Party for the Senses on Saturday evening and will be giving a cooking demonstration on Sunday at 5:00 PM.
Party for the Senses
Considered to be the blockbuster events of Epcot’s Food & Wine Festival, The Party for the Senses feature dishes from dozens of restaurants from both inside Disney World and from around the United States. Over twenty wineries, breweries and spirits makers from around the globe also participate. Entertainment is provided by Cirque du Soleil. The event takes place in the World ShowPlace Events Pavilion, located between the Canada Pavilion and the United Kingdom Pavilion in Epcot’s World Showcase. Academe at The Kennebunk Inn’s Chefs/Owners Shanna & Brian O’Hea will be featured guest chefs on Saturday, November 3, 2012. The Party for the Senses takes place from 7:30 PM until 10:00 PM. Chef’s Brian & Shanna O’Hea will be preparing “Chicken of the Sea,” their playful take on a scallop style dish using ground chicken.
